About our text messages

LJA Facility Services, a DBA of Leway Enterprises LLC, sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who opt in, through the checkbox on our website assessment form or verbally in person or by phone. Messages cover assessment requests, appointment scheduling, service confirmations, and service updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Terms

• Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@ljafacilityservices.com or 346-300-4289.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our texting service provider. Read our full Privacy Policy.
