We use this information solely to respond to your request, follow up about your facility's needs, schedule consultations, and provide service to clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers to run our business:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) system, used to track and follow up on your request.
- Resend — our email delivery service, used to send you a confirmation email and, as a backup, to notify our team if needed.
- Quo — our business phone and texting service provider, used to deliver text messages to people who have opted in.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from LJA Facility Services (Leway Enterprises LLC), through our website form or verbally in person or by phone, we use your mobile number only to send messages about assessment requests, scheduling, service confirmations, and service updates. Your number is processed by Quo, our texting service provider, solely to deliver these messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
